Philosophy:
Students learn by doing and practicing, working collaboratively and independently. If you take one of my courses, expect to work hard and have fun. You'll likely be doing some work online. You'll definitely be working with other students in collaborative groups, perhaps doing projects (depending on the course) and you'll also be writing about mathematics. I will support your learning, as will the other students in the class, and as a learning community we will all be successful.
