BCC at New Bedford

Our New Bedford Campus offers day and evening classes and services to support student success. It offers classrooms, multidisciplinary computer labs, tutoring and student space along with full student support services, conveniently located near public transportation and public parking in historic downtown New Bedford.

BCC New Bedford includes several buildings throughout downtown, including the historic Star Store building and the new eHealthCareers space, offering all the services of the Fall River campus with a smaller, more intimate setting with hands-on support and advisement from a dedicated core of support staff. There is a full science lab, access to Learning Resource Center resources, including tutoring, and a student lounge for study and relaxation between classes.

All classrooms are within walking distance of the main office and offer many courses for 12 associate degree and 11 certificate programs on site. Students may take courses in New Bedford and complete a degree or certificate at BCC’s Fall River campus or online.

Parking

Student parking is available at the Elm Street Garage for 25 cents an hour and at the Zeiterion Theatre for 50 cents an hour. Students must present a valid student ID at the garages to receive these discounted rates. Metered parking around the campus is also available for 50 cents an hour.
