When you are finished, your information will be sent to the Experiential Learning Office, K123 at the Fall River Campus.

Once you have submitted the self-test with the questions answered correctly, a note verifying your completion of Pre-Service Training will be sent to you at the email address you provide below and your successful completion will be documented in the Civic Engagement Program database.
