Self Service Time and Attendance
Welcome to the latest technology for state employees! All full time and part time, benefitted employees will begin utilizing our current payroll system in a more efficient manner. On November 18 we will be implementing the self-service module for time and attendance. This module will allow affected employees a secure method to submit their attendance to their supervisor, allow for electronic supervisory approval, and immediate electronic submission to the payroll office. Not only does this program save time and resources, it also will help preserve a healthier environment.
Please use the following links to 1) Enter your time or 2) to view your paychecks!
The system is expected to be available 24/7, or all the time. There may be a slight interruption in services from 6:00 to 6:30 pm each evening when the data refreshes! If you are trying during that time and get an error, try back at a later time! We will notify you of any system down times as they happen.
Online trainings are available and recommended before you begin entering your time. Review the videos below before entering your time or approving time.
If you feel you need additional training contact Human Resources.
Time and attendance deadlines
Each week, employees must submit their time utilizing the new self-service module by Thursday at 12:00pm. Supervisors must then approve their employees' time submissions by 5:00pm on Thursday. (Note: deadline may be adjusted on holiday weeks)
Your login ID is your 6-digit employee ID number. This number can be found on your pay advice, or by contacting Human Resources.
If this is your first time logging in to SSTA, your default password will be the same 6-digit employee ID number, PLUS the last 4 digits of your social security number, totaling a 10-digit password. Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to change your password. Please change this to something that you'll remember. It must be 8 characters and contain at least one number and at least one capital letter!
Forgot your password?
If you've forgotten your password, the most efficient way to obtain it is to utilize the "Forgot Your Password" link on the self-service login page. If you still cannot access the system, contact Human Resources.
