Receiving packages at the college
All orders shipped to the college, with exception of items sent through the U.S. Postal Office, are received through the Storeroom. All packages are logged in and sent to each Divisional Office, generally on the same day as arrival. Packages that are sent through the U.S. Post Office are received by the Mailroom.
Sending packages from the College
DHL service is under a state contract at this time so packages that are shipped out from the College are sent through DHL, Ground Rate. Next Day Air service is also available through DHL. UPS, Federal Express and Airborne packages can also be shipped through the Mailroom but for a higher cost.
If you have something to mail through the U.S. Post Office, it will be sent through the Mailroom. If you are mailing your package through DHL or other service, you can send the package to the Mailroom through inter- office mail, attn: Chris Leverault, "F" Building. Include the appropriate ORG for the charge-back and a street address.
All charges for shipped items are charged back to the individual ORG centers.
