Getting a college degree or certificate at BCC
Step up to College is an ABE to college transition program funded through the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. This program is free to qualifying High School Equivalency Certificate recipients who would like to begin a college career.
BCC ABE students who have passed High School Equivalency Testing may consider going to BCC for college level courses to earn a degree or certificate in a variety of fields. Non-credit courses and career-based training are also available through the Center for Workforce and Community Education.
Paying for college
Students should contact the Financial Aid Office for information on financial aid assistance.
