The Center for Workforce and Community Education offers flexible options for training delivery. Employees can attend customized classes at a company site, a local conference center, or the Bristol Community College campus sites. Companies with multiple locations can integrate a distance learning component into their curriculum using BCC’s state-of-the-art learning platforms.

Training Funds Available for Massachusetts Companies
Training funds are secured funds that are allocated to Massachusetts companies, that meet certain criteria. To learn more, contact the Center for Workforce and Community Education Corporate Training at Bristol Community College.
In exchange for contracting your training with Bristol Community College, we offer:
- Free Grant Writing Assistance with every step of the grant submission process.
- Free Training Needs Assessment (a $2500 per day value)
- Free Training Plan Design based on company needs, by BCC’s experienced workforce training professionals.
- Free Grant Administration to maintain rosters, registrations, and training evaluations, and submit supporting documentation. Other trainers often charge additional fees for this service.
General Fund Training Grant: Provides training grants, ranging from $2,000 to $250,000 (under some circumstances up to 1 million) to employers, employer groups and labor organizations. Grant applications are due the first day of every other month (January-March-May-July-September-November).
$15,000 Express Grant: $2,000 to $15,000 available for training for companies with a maximum of fifty (50) employees. BCC can write this grant application for you and most grant awards are made available within 21 days of submission.
